Website, bar TV, members, email and texts for your members' club, run from one admin that anyone on the committee can use. It links to your till system, so nobody types members in twice.
£15 a month. One simple monthly invoice. You never deal with a hosting company or a separate email provider.
A public website that keeps itself up to date, and a TV slideshow for the bar.
A word-processor-style editor and a one-click Publish button. No developer needed.
Your member list read every night from ICR Touch / TouchOffice Web.
Email and text your members, with data protection (GDPR) consent handled for you.
admin@ and feedback@ on your own domain, with no mailboxes to pay for.
Four levels of access, so it’s safe to hand over to helpers.
A public website that looks after itself
A modern site on your own domain. It’s warm and distinctive, works on any phone, and has light and dark modes. It doesn’t look like a template.
It answers what visitors want to know straight away: what the place is, where it is, when it’s open and what’s on.
The home page updates itself. “What’s on this week” is filled from your events automatically. If the week is quiet it shows “Next up” instead, and it hides itself if nothing is booked. You can also tick events as Featured to promote them.
Old events disappear on their own. The site rebuilds every night just after midnight, and pages also check today’s date in the visitor’s browser. Last week’s quiz won’t still be advertised next month, even if nobody has touched the admin.
Events in a list and a calendar. There’s a paginated list and a month calendar you can use with the keyboard. Cancelled or moved nights are marked.
“Add to my calendar.” Each event has its own calendar download, and there’s a feed of the whole calendar that members can subscribe to on their phones so it stays up to date.
News noticeboard for results, charity donations and announcements. Posts can have a picture and a downloadable attachment.
Newsletter archive. Every newsletter gets its own permanent page on your domain. Your email and text blasts link to it, and it stays in the archive for the record.
Gallery with a full-screen viewer that works with a keyboard, a swipe or the Back button.
About page with the club’s history, what’s on offer (venue, clubs, regulars), and a committee directory. Committee members only appear if they’ve agreed to, and email addresses are hidden from spam harvesters.
Opening hours, including one-off special hours (“Closed for refurbishment”) and yearly ones that come back on the same date (Christmas Day, Boxing Day). Each one shows up in the 30 days before it.
Find Us with a map that sets no cookies, the address written out in full, and a tap-to-call phone number.
Contact and membership enquiry forms with spam protection. Every enquiry is stored and also emailed to the committee.
Downloads library for membership forms, rules, minutes and event lists.
Your own pages (privacy notice, bar menu, rules, and so on), with a choice of whether each one is linked in the footer. You can hide a page without deleting it.
No cookie banner needed. The site sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts.
Found on Google. Each page has its own title and description, Facebook and WhatsApp link previews look right, and search engines get proper “local business” and “event” details plus a sitemap.
Fast and accessible. It aims to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard, keeps page weight very low and optimises images automatically.
A TV screen for the bar
Kiosk mode for your TV. A full-screen slideshow of the next 30 days of events, with adverts from local businesses mixed in.
You set the pace: seconds per slide, and how many events come before each advert.
The TV updates itself. Publish a change and the screen picks it up within about 5 minutes. If the Wi-Fi drops, it carries on showing what it has rather than an error page.
Advert dates. Each advert has “show from” and “show until” dates, so a sponsor’s slot ends when they stop paying.
Easy editing for non-technical people
A word-processor-style editor for news, newsletters, pages and event descriptions. No code. Anything pasted in is cleaned up so it can’t break the site.
Repeating events done properly. Create “Quiz Night” once and set it to repeat: every Thursday, every other week, the last Friday of the month, every weekday, yearly, and so on. It can end on a date or after a number of times. You can skip a single night or move it, and change the pattern from a given date without rewriting the past. A live preview shows the dates before you save. The event keeps one page, one picture and one QR code for as long as it runs.
Three ways to add a picture: upload your own, search a library of free stock photos (only images that are free for commercial use, so no attribution or licensing worries), or reuse a photo already in your gallery.
“Also add this to the gallery” when you upload a picture for an event or news post.
One-click Publish. Your changes are live in about a minute. You don’t need a developer, and the admin tells you if a publish fails.
QR code generator. Turn any link (an event, the membership page, a newsletter) into a QR code ready to print on posters and beer mats.
Club details in one place: name, strapline, phone, address, emails, Facebook link and the default picture for social media previews.
Your members, without typing them in twice
Linked to your till system. Every night the system reads your member list from ICR Touch / TouchOffice Web automatically. Nobody keeps a second spreadsheet, and the till system stays the master copy.
“Refresh now” button with a progress bar, for when you want the latest list before a big send.
Membership status worked out automatically: active, lapsed (expiry date plus a grace period), or suspended (blacklisted on the till).
A searchable, sortable member list showing account number, group, expiry date, mobile, email and outstanding balance, so you can see who owes the bar money at a glance.
Lapsed members are kept, not deleted, so you can win them back.
Bad data is flagged. If someone’s email address on the till is mistyped, the admin tells you and says where to fix it, rather than quietly failing.
An “Open in TouchOffice” link on each member’s page.
Your till login is kept secure. It’s saved once and can’t be read back by anyone, even other committee members.
Built-in safety checks. If the till website changes and the read comes back empty, your member list is never wiped.
Email and text messaging
Email or text one member, or everyone. You can narrow the list by membership status: active, lapsed or suspended.
Message templates for the letters you send again and again: suspension notices, bill reminders, event announcements. Personalise them with each member’s name.
Preview before sending. You see exactly how a real member will receive it, then confirm.
Texts show the club’s name. Members see the club’s name as the sender, not a random number, and there’s no third-party branding.
Large sends run in the background. You can close the page; a live log shows progress and who has been sent it. A double-click can’t send a message twice, and only one large send runs at a time.
Records of what was sent. You can see every message, who it went to, and who was left out and why.
Data protection (GDPR) built in
Consent rules that match how your club works.
Email: if a member’s email address is on file, that counts as consent. Every bulk email has an unsubscribe link that takes effect straight away.
Texts: a mobile number on file is treated as an emergency contact, so members are only texted if they’ve explicitly opted in. The opt-in records who added them, when, and how they asked.
A record of every change. Every unsubscribe, opt-in or opt-out is logged with who did it, when, and how the member asked.
Couples who share an inbox are protected. One person’s unsubscribe can’t be undone from another member’s page.
Right-to-be-forgotten requests in one click. This removes the member’s data and stops them coming back with the next nightly update. It also reminds you to remove them from the till system as well.
Personal data is kept apart. Member details are stored separately from anything that ends up on the public website.
Unsubscribes are checked during long sends, so someone who opts out partway through isn’t messaged.
A club email address, without paying for a mailbox
admin@ and feedback@ on your own domain without paying for mailboxes. Mail is forwarded to the personal inboxes of committee members who opt in. There are no extra passwords and no monthly seat fees.
Reply as the club. Answer from admin@, and the other committee members can get a copy so everyone knows what was said.
A Club inbox page showing what arrived, who it was forwarded to, and every attachment.
Junk and loops are filtered out. Out-of-office replies, bounce messages, spam and viruses are recorded but not forwarded. Messages that fail sender checks are labelled “unverified”.
Website enquiries in one place. Contact and membership form messages are answered from the enquiry itself, so nobody replies twice.
Committee status at a glance: who is receiving club mail, who still needs to confirm, and who hasn’t signed up.
A dashboard that tells you what needs doing
A “Needs attention” panel lists new enquiries, unanswered club mail, a member refresh that failed or needs a login, a failed publish, and nobody signed up to receive club mail.
Red count badges on the dashboard cards that need action.
People only see what they can act on.
Sports fixtures for the screens
The next 8 weeks of fixtures for the Premier League, Championship, League One and League Two, with a tab for each league.
Your local teams highlighted, with a filter to show only them.
“Create event” in one click from any fixture, so putting Saturday’s big match on the website takes seconds.
Fixtures update nightly. Nothing is published unless you choose to.
Safe to hand over to helpers
Four levels of access:
Super admin: everything (the committee).
Deputy: day-to-day running, without user management, erasure or Settings.
Content editor: website content only, with no access to member data.
Read-only: for new committee members learning the ropes.
Secure, professional login with password resets, lockout after repeated failed attempts, and optional two-step verification.
Built-in help guides for every task: publishing, events, news and newsletters, the gallery, the kiosk, members, messaging, sports fixtures, erasure, users and the Club inbox.
Useful links to your other tools (TouchOffice, till config, card payments) in one place.
“Which version are you on?” is answered in Settings, which makes support calls quick.
Built to last
One simple monthly invoice. You never deal with a hosting company or a separate email provider.
No platform lock-in. Your content is held as plain files you own, unlike drag-and-drop website builders.
Hard to break. The public site is plain web pages, so it keeps working even if the admin is never touched.
Made for your club. Names, teams, roles and branding are all settings, so the site is yours, not someone else’s with your name on it.
